I implement an eclectic mix of evidenced-based therapies and techniques to help you identify the feelings and thoughts that keep you from a fulfilling life. I work in collaboration with my clients to create a space in which you will no longer be alone with your pain. Therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process which requires participation and investment from the client and the therapist. But in the end, it's all worth it as self-agency, self-esteem, and confidence improve through a process grounded in understanding and acceptance.
