How I Can Help
Therapy for Healing, Connection, and a More Authentic Life
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively with each person to understand what has shaped their experience, what is keeping them stuck, and what they need in order to move toward greater connection, choice, and a stronger sense of self.
I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy for adults and adolescents. My work is grounded in AEDP and informed by a range of trauma-focused, experiential, psychodynamic, and behavioral approaches. Treatment is tailored to the individual rather than asking the indiidual to fit a particular model.

Individual Therapy
In our therapy sessions, we’ll work together to gain a better understanding of your current situation by identifying feelings, recognizing unhealthy patterns, and challenging negative thoughts and beliefs. You will not be alone as we explore relationships between your current experiences and past struggles. Using evidenced-based therapies we will heal the wounds that continue to negatively impact your life today. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized, individual therapy sessions life-changing. Call today, and schedule a consultation or intake.
Couple's Therapy
We play an important role in each other's mental, emotional, and physical development as each individual impacts and is impacted by their significant other. The goal of couple's therapy is to help improve communication, learn better ways to connect and show love, explore chronic problems, understand and handle special family situations (for example, mental or physical illness, death, or child and adolescent issues), and create a better functioning home environment. Get in touch with me to schedule a consultation or intake.

Group Therapy
In a supportive and carefully facilitated environment, group members can explore patterns, develop greater self-awareness, practice new ways of relating, and experience connection and belonging. Groups may focus on trauma recovery, disordered eating recovery, interpersonal relationships, identity, and the impact of complex trauma. Each group is designed with attention to safety, connection, and meaningful emotional growth.
